Hello and welcome to the Hana Family! As generic as it may sound, I've been a fan of Pokemon and MTG for a very long time. I've met a lot of new friends through my journey, and quite a few of them are fellow collectors! A lot of friends are overseas and I hear stories about how difficult it can be to find sealed product and how prices can be high. Hobby collecting is something that a lot of people can bond over, and I hope to share even a little bit of that with everyone by providing packs and boxes that are near cost.

A lot of my pack prices are possible thanks to the friends around me. I want to keep pricing low for both current and new collectors, so feel free to ask any questions!

Currently, Hana is a one-person operation, but I hope to include friends and extra help if we do grow as a community! There's something very cozy and niche about small communities, so let's enjoy the process :D

How does the ordering/website work?

We offer sealed product for sale, as well as a Friday stream where you can purchase products to be opened with the community, at twitch.tv/hanatcg

-To purchase sealed product to keep sealed, visit the 'Sealed Catalog' menu option at the top of the page. Once shipping is paid, your items will be shipped out with a tracking number

-To purchase packs/product to have opened on our twitch stream, visit the 'Twitch Live-Breaks' menu option at the top of the page. Your live-breaks and cards opened on stream do not have to be shipped immediately. These are by default, stored with us for up to 4 months

***Once you purchase sealed product from our store to be shipped and shipping is purchased, your live-break/Twitch cards will be shipped together***

 

What happens to my new purchase/order if I buy it when you're offline/not streaming?

If you buy something from the Live-Breaks/Twitch section while I am not streaming, I will see the order and will queue it to be opened at the start of the following stream (we usually stream Fridays 7:30pm EST at twitch.tv/hanatcg

If you miss a stream, you can watch the VOD on twitch! These VODs stay up on the page for two weeks

 

How is my order shipped?

Since I am based in Canada, I try to use the best method depending on your location. Most of the packages will go through Canada Post or Chit Chats, to your address (and sometimes to your post office, depending on your location and size of package)

All domestic and international shipments will be tracked. Once again, please ensure your shipping address is correct on your account details

 

What is your stream schedule like? Do you have a discord community?

I stream Friday 7:30pm EST most weeks! Updates will be posted on https://discord.gg/zw2KaAg7jw

I visit Japan (usually once or twice a year) to go on vacation/see friends, and bring back lots of neat things. My friends also ship some things for me, so you may see some interesting items in the shop!

 

Refunds/Exchange

Due to the nature of the hobby/stream, and the fact that packs are opened after purchase, we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
